Bend Roasting Co. (Bend) is featuring their ‘San Martin’ roast with dried cherry, ripe berry, brown sugar, and dark chocolate notes.
Onda Origins (Seattle) is featuring their ‘Navarro’ coffee that has notes of mariposa plum and chocolate.
Ember Goods (Olympia) is featuring their ‘Berry Patch’ brew with raspberry, cream soda, and toffee notes.

Family-owned for more than twenty years, Bend Roasting Co. is a staple of the Pacific Northwest coffee scene. This fantastic and kind roaster works directly with family farms and co-op microlots to roast some of the tastiest coffee in the region. We have also worked with them for years, so they are also a staple Pour Ta partner.

This coffee was grown by the award-winning Enrique family in Dota Tarrazú, Costa Rica at 1900 MASL and went through a washed process.

Owned and operated by lifelong friends Logan, Bonita, Nick, and Jessica, Ember Goods has a nostalgic, home-y vibe which is on full display at their cafe. These two couples curated a cafe that welcomes all who yearn to have their “hands sticky from s’mores and waking up to mosquito bites.” They also may or may not have custom single serve pour overs that we packaged for ‘em.
